The hot water was barely functional, fluctuating between cold and scalding. The bathroom had black stains on the walls, and we were short on towels—only two for four of us. The pool was closed for renovation, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to some fun after a long journey. One major annoyance was the loud karaoke event happening, which kept us awake past midnight despite our complaints to the front desk. Although the staff was friendly during our stay, one employee at the front desk stood out as unhelpful when we needed a crib for our baby, causing us long waits twice. The location was decent, close to shops, and we appreciated the shuttle service, which was timely and efficient. Overall, it felt like a poor representation of Sheraton.
